Is the block page message customizable?

Yes, an administrator can customize the block page users receive from the Mi5 Webgate appliance with custom text and logos. In addition to English, user block pages can be customized in French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Traditional Chinese (Mandarin)
