Reports can be exported to Comma Separated Value (CSV) format, which is recognized by applications such as Microsoft Excel or Crystal Reports. Alerts can be delivered via email, FTP, SNMP and/or Syslog, for integration into other systems such as trouble ticket or security event management consoles. Since Mi5’s reporting system is built on a standard SQL database, new export formats can be added easily, as customers demand.
