Mi5’s Secure Web Gateway Appliances Recognized in Best New Product Category of Nationwide Business Competition
SUNNYVALE, Calif. – May 14, 2007 – Mi5 Networks, the secure web gateway company, today announced that it was named a Finalist in the Best New Product category for The 2007 American Business Awards. Also known as the Stevies, after the trophy awarded to winners, the American Business Awards are the only national, all-encompassing program honoring great performances in business. Winners will be announced during the annual gala on Monday, June 11 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.

More than 2,000 entries from companies of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories, including Best Overall Company, Best Executive, Best New Product or Service, and Best Corporate Social Responsibility Program. Winners will be selected by blue ribbon juries comprised of leaders from the American business community including chief executives from Intelius, Unica Corporation, Network Solutions, and more.
